As a physician, I strive to provide my patients with the best medical care available today. As a researcher, I can do more to improve the quality of life for patients and future generations at risk of developing a disease by engaging medical students and fellow surgeons in the search to find ways to manage it better, cure it faster and even prevent it altogether.
