Welcome & Overview
Advancing cancer immunology and metabolism through pioneering research, collaborative dialogue, and a vibrant multi-institutional community of investigators. Building on the NIH-supported framework of the UofL CCII—which drives scientific excellence with advanced core resources—this annual symposium brings together leading principal investigators, researchers, and trainees from 7 partner programs to share breakthrough discoveries.

Symposium Format & Program Highlights
- Multi-Institution Participation: Bringing together attendees and PIs across 7 participating programs (including UofL, University of Arkansas, Tulane University, University of Kentucky, and the University of Oklahoma).
- Scientific Presentations: Featuring 9 invited PI research presentations from partner institutions, alongside keynote addresses from prominent leaders in the field.
- Posters Presentation: Interactive poster sessions in the lobby with peer review and judging.
- Networking: Dedicated opportunities for inter-institutional collaboration, discussions, and engagement with peers, researchers, and core faculty throughout the day.
Travel, Accommodations & Catering
- Lodging & Transport: Participants are asked to reserve their own lodging accommodations. Detailed recomentations regarding local Louisville hotels, airport transit, parking facilities, and campus directions will be found here.
- Catering & Meals: Fully catered breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks will be provided for all registered attendees, alongside two exclusive institutional dinners dedicated to participating PIs. Please ensure you indicate your dietary restrictions directly on the registration form.
