Building Positive Leadership
The Center For Positive Leadership was founded in October 2018 with generous donations from the University of Louisville Athletic Department, Vince Tyra and the Rechter Foundation.
Before becoming an officially recognized UofL Center, early efforts of The Project on Positive Leadership focused on supporting research in positive leadership, developing leadership tools and helping to create change within UofL athletic programs. Continued growth allowed for recruitment of affiliated professionals and established a need for a board of advisors. The Center for Positive Leadership became an official University Center in April 2023, and continues to expand operations and impact through research initiatives, tool development, coaching and programming.

To Increase Positive Leadership in the World. We fulfill this mission by:
