Level Up Leadership Training
Thanks to the generosity of the Bufford Family Foundation, The Center for Positive Leadership is pleased to offer our Level Up leadership training, at no charge, to small businesses, non-profit organizations and our partnering Elevator organizations. There are three scheduled workshop events per year covering a wide range of topics.
Navigating Leadership Now
UofL's premier leadership event for our city – This annual conference provides resources, insight and networking for business, government and nonprofit executives throughout the greater Louisville area. This full-day event includes the presentation of the Lonnie Ali Lifetime Achievement Award for Positive Leadership and engagement with the university’s Elevator students who have spent the year leading change in organizations and communities.
