The History of Policing in Louisville
January 1, 2024A 2024 policy report entitled “The History of Policing in Louisville: A Fact-Finding Report on Institutional Harms". This report was authored by a team of interdisciplinary researchers including Dr. Felicia Jamison (History and Humanities), and ABI faculty affiliates, Dr. Siddhant Issar (Political Science) and Dr. Cate Fosl (Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies), assisted by 3 student researchers. The report covers the years from Louisville’s earliest settlement through 2018.
