McConnell Center Director to defend electoral college at UK Law Federalist Society
April 7, 2026McConnell Center director invited to discuss presidential voting later this month.
The free, public event will be at 3 p.m., Feb. 26, in room 215 at the University of Kentucky law school. Rebuttal commentary will be offered by Josh Douglas, assistant law professor at the University of Kentucky.
Gregg is the author of Securing Democracy: Why We Have an Electoral College and regularly discusses the electoral college in local, state and national media.
Kirk Laughlin, of Oldham County, Ky., is a former McConnell Scholar and current president of the UK Law Federalist Society.
