McConnell Center Director discusses Electoral College with Iowa rotary club

McConnell Center Director Gary Gregg, PhD, spoke with the Jefferson Rotary Club, of Iowa, via Zoom on Dec. 7. Gregg, an expert on the Electoral College and the process of selecting the president of the United States, spoke with the virtual audience one week ahead of the electoral convention.

Gregg has written or edited nearly a dozen books, including Securing Democracy: Why We Have an Electoral College, which was reviewed in publications such as the National Journal and Washington Post. He has discussed the Electoral College on dozens of national and international television and radio programs, including MSNBC and Fox News, and has been quoted in publications across the world, including The New York Times.
