McConnell Center Fellow named outstanding faculty mentor of masters students

Dr. Thomas Mackey, a McConnell Center Fellow and professor of history at the University of Louisville, was recognized as the "Outstanding Faculty Mentor of Masters Students" at the May 13 university doctoral hooding ceremony.

The award is coordinated by the School of Interdisciplinary and Graduate Studies at the University of Louisville.

Mackey serves as a pre-law adviser and expert in American history, constitutionalism and legal theory for the McConnell Scholars Program.
