McConnell Center's Young Leaders Academy canceled, new online resources available

The McConnell Center has made the difficult but necessary decision to cancel the 2020 Young Leaders Academy scheduled this summer due to the Covid-19 outbreak. (More on the University of Louisville's response to the coronavirus)

During this unprecedented time of social distancing, the McConnell Center remains committed to offering our nationally-recognized programs. We have:

• Launched a new weekly McConnell Center Podcast on leadership, literature, history, politics and education
• Increased our online publications (available for free PDF download)
• Added public lectures to our video archives
• Added new faculty-recommended books and student perspectives to our blog
• While our Vital Remnants podcast will be taking a brief hiatus, it will return next month with a new series on The Last Days of Socrates.

We invite the public, schoolteachers and students of all ages to take advantage of our expanded resources for your personal and professional development. If you would like to recommend new podcast ideas or webinar events, please send us your suggestions.
