McConnell Scholar alum Vermani headed to GWU's internal medicine program

Samir Vermani, a McConnell Scholar alumnus from the Class of 2007, will graduate from the University of Louisville's medical school this spring.

ermani will head to George Washington University later this year to join the school's internal medicine residency program. He plans on pursuing a fellowship in gastroenterology.

Vermani is a 2007 graduate of the McConnell Scholars Program.
