McConnell Scholar alumna named to Louisville Business First's 'Forty Under 40' list

McConnell Scholar alumna Dani Smith Fowles (’09) has been named to Louisville Business First's "Forty Under 40" list.

After completing her undergraduate degree in political science at the University of Louisville, Fowles served as a teacher in Missouri through the Teach For America Program. She then earned her juris doctorate (cum laude) from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law in 2014.

She was a summer law clerk with the U.S. Department of Justice and a summer associate at Stites & Harbison.

Fowles is a senior estate settlement advisor and vice president for PNC Wealth Management.

Twenty-one of the 40 Business First honorees are UofL graduates.
