McConnell Scholar Sam Whittaker elected Arts & Sciences Senator
April 7, 2026McConnell Scholar Sam Whittaker ('15) is one of 10 senators elected to represent the UofL College of Arts & Sciences.
Campus election results were announced Feb. 19.
Whittaker, a native of Paducah, Ky., is studying history and political science at the University of Louisville.
Whittaker is also an executive council member of the Kappa Sigma fraternity and a member of College Republicans. He regularly volunteers for the Kentucky Refugee Ministries, Ronald McDonald House and U of Hell Haunt House.
