Trey Stephens, of Columbia, Ky., is a member of the McConnell Scholar Class of 2028 at the University of Louisville. He plans to study political science.

High School 

Trey is a graduate of Adair County High School where he was apart of the Kentucky United Nations Assembly and the Future Business Leaders of America. He also serves as a participant in Kentucky’s RECC Youth Tour Delegation and the YMCA Conference on National Affairs.
