Transcript Request Process

Need a copy of your transcript? The process depends on which SPI course you completed. Review the steps below to determine the right path for your request.

AOC Graduates

If you are a graduate of SPI's Administrative Officers Course (AOC), your transcript is managed by the University of Louisville's Office of the Registrar. Please use the link below to request an official UofL transcript.

All Other Course Requests

For transcripts from any other SPI course (ALC, CODC, Continuing Education, etc.), please complete the request form below. Allow 2–3 weeks after the conclusion of the course for grades to be processed and posted.
