Course description
Earn SPI’s Organizational Management Certificate by completing the 160-hour Organizational Management Course—a comprehensive, four-week program designed to strengthen leadership and administrative expertise in law enforcement. Through focused study in strategic planning, budgeting, personnel management, and organizational problem-solving, participants build a strong foundation for effective leadership.
