Course description
Navigate the full lifecycle of personnel management – from recruiting and hiring to promotion, performance assessment, and legal liability. Covers job analysis, assessment centers, promotional testing, early warning systems and key legal frameworks.
This course is being offered TUITION-FREE for officers in Wisconsin through a grant funded by the Wisconsin Department of Justice.
Tuition
$1,000 for officers outside of Wisconsin
NOTE: payment for courses must be rendered 30 days before the start of the program to reserve your seat. If registering after the 30-day mark, payment should be rendered immediately.
Tuition is for course only. Meals, lodging and other expenses are not included.
