Four courses. One credential.
Earn SPI's Organizational Management Certificate by completing four 40-hour courses that together build a comprehensive foundation in law enforcement leadership and administration. The program covers strategic planning, budgeting, personnel management, and organizational problem-solving. Each component can be taken independently, and all four are also included within SPI's ALC and CODC programs. A minimum enrollment of 25 participants is required for hosted locations.

Hosting the OMCP
Any law enforcement agency can host the program in their locale; however, a minimum enrollment of 25 participants must be assured by the sponsoring host. The Host or a group of hosting agencies must offer in a geographic region served by a commercial airline.
