Master law enforcement budgeting and operational performance fundamentals. Learn to link budgets to outcomes, evaluate agency effectiveness and build a performance management system – using your own agency data in hands-on spreadsheet exercises.
Performance Management: From Operations to Budgeting is one of four courses comprising the optional Organizational Management Certificate Program.
