The kitchen features eight cooking stations and state-of-the-art technology that will allow health care professionals, students and community members to gain hands-on learning experience in culinary medicine, a new field that blends culinary skills, nutrition and medical science.

We are proud to integrate the evidence-based Culinary Medicine Curriculum from the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM), which emphasizes
