Project ECHO

Our Project ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) program empowers health care professionals with the latest practices in specialized areas through collaborative, case-based learning. Led by experts, these virtual sessions enable practitioners to expand their knowledge, improve patient outcomes, and foster a stronger network of support.

Flourish Internship Program

The Flourish Internship Program offers immersive, hands-on experience for students in social work, couples and family therapy, and doctor of nursing practice in psychiatry programs. This internship provides practical training in an interdisciplinary environment, allowing students to apply their learning in real-world settings. Participants gain valuable skills, mentorship, and exposure to a wide range of careers in healthcare.

Trauma-Informed FlourishCare Paraprofessional Training Program

The Trauma-Informed FlourishCare Paraprofessional Training Program prepares individuals for meaningful roles in behavioral health by training them to provide trauma-informed care. Ideal for those starting a career as a paraprofessional, this program focuses on the skills needed to support individuals through a compassionate, evidence-based approach to behavioral health.
