Become an Integrated PCBH Scholar
Enhance your professional career through the University of Louisville Trager Institute’s Integrated Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) Scholar Program. This designation recognizes advanced engagement in behavioral health integration and trauma-informed care within primary care settings.
The Integrated PCBH Scholar Program equips learners and professionals with the expertise to lead and guide PCBH integration initiatives in interprofessional practice environments.
Participants will:
- Strengthen competencies in primary care behavioral health integration and trauma-informed care and engage in interdisciplinary collaboration and applied learning
- Receive Integrated PCBH Scholar designation for their resume or CV
- Receive formal recognition, including a Scholar plaque upon completion
Program requirements
To earn the Integrated PCBH Scholar designation, participants must:
- Complete all online FlourishCare Behavioral Health modules
- Attend one Interprofessional Case Management Experience (ICME)
- Participate in one Project ECHO session
- Participate in our Interprofessional Model for Practice, Age-Friendly Care and Teamwork (IMPACT-4Ms)
- Present on trauma-Informed PCBH integration at the Optimal Aging Conference
Who is eligible?
- Behavioral health interns who have completed required program components
- Interprofessional health care professionals participating in PCBH learning activities across primary care settings
