Tai chi, often called “medication in motion,” offers a wealth of health benefits for people of all ages and abilities. Tai chi is a low-impact physical and mental practice that features slow circular movements. Regular participation can enhance balance, improve cognitive function, reduce blood pressure, and alleviate arthritis pain, while also helping to lower stress and boost concentration.
