Our yoga classes are designed to support a balanced, strong body and mind through gentle movements, breathwork and meditation. Regular practice can enhance strength, flexibility, and balance, while also promoting calm, reducing stress and easing chronic pain. This holistic approach to yoga helps support both physical and mental wellness as we age.
Who it's for
This yoga class is open to all levels—no experience is necessary, and you do not need to be able-bodied to join. Participants are encouraged to come with an open mind and a willingness to explore gentle, restorative practices for overall health.
What to expect
Participants are guided through gentle movements designed to support strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Modifications are offered throughout the session to accommodate all ability levels, ensuring that everyone can move in a way that feels safe and comfortable.

- Cost: $5 per class (no one will be turned away due to inability to pay)
